Following on the previous announcement dated 16 July 2018, the parties ZTT - SCC have signed the share purchase transfer agreement related with Demirer Kablo on 14 September 2018. As of 14 September 2018 Demirer Kablo has become a member of the ZTT group. ZTT is a Chinese company with sales in excess of 7 billion USD worldwide. ZTT interests cover telecom, power, submarine, renewable energy products.
